01/09/2011 - Home 3 Partners with UKIS and IDL
The summer months have been an exhilarating time at Home 3 and we are pleased to announce the acquisitions of Insurance Dialogue (IDL) and UK Insurance Solutions. Both companies are well recognised within there respected industries and present Home 3 with the opportunity to grow as a business.
UKIS
Home 3 has secured a contract with UK Insurance Services of Halifax, to distribute Landlords Home Emergency to their letting agent partners. The Landlord Emergency Assistance will be sold as part of a package of products and services available to new and experienced landlords.
Paul Galloway of UKIS commented that “it is important to protect all aspects and risks of rental property ownership and are delighted to be working with Home 3 on this project”.
IDL
Insurance Dialogue (IDL) is an FSA registered broker that predominantly sells Home Insurance to over 50’s. Home 3 currently provides their home emergency products that are sold inline with the main home insurance.
Home 3 have secured a further line of business offering Gas Central Heating and Boiler Maintenance products on their Insure4Retirement brand through the telephone and internet, including price comparison channels, which went live on the7th of June 2011.
There will be 5 products in total - Gas Central Heating maintenance - levels 1 to 4 and boiler servicing as a standalone product.
