MAPFRE ASSISTANCE are extremely pleased to announce that earlier this month they were formally presented with the ISO 9001 certification. In detail, this means that they have an internationally recognised standard for quality management for the processes of control in insurance and underwriting, which shows that the company has proven processes in place to meet customer requirements.
Commenting on the accreditation Gregorio Santos, CEO of MAPFRE ASSISTANCE, said: "The ISO 9001 certification is a great achievement for MAPFRE ASSISTANCE. In fact, on top of this accreditation, ISO is now going to review in detail our processes which will culminate in the formulation of a manual which will take our global control to an even higher level.
