10/09/2011 - MAPFRE increase their online presence
Since, 2002 we have steadily built up our presence in the UK. Now we’ve reached a new milestone with the launch of two dedicated websites for the UK business: MAPFRE ASSISTANCE and MAPFRE ABRAXAS which went live in July 2011
Both websites will be split into five sections:
- About us – which will explain our approach to working with our clients
- Our team – photos and contact details for key people
- Products – a brief description of each product plus an explanation of what makes it superior to our competitors
- Services – details of the services we can offer separately or in conjunction with our other products
- MAPFRE Group – company history, recent awards, and further information on the wider MAPFRE family
Each of the websites is tailored towards the clients of that sector, giving you key information regarding industry news, new products and services relevant to your business.
Explaining the rationale behind the two sites, Gregorio Santos CEO of MAPFRE ASSISTANCE said: “We realised that having a single website wasn’t the best way for us to communicate to the different audiences the two sides of our UK business are aiming at, and it wasn’t an easy site for our customers to navigate.
“The new sites have been designed to be extremely simple and clear to better serve our partners, so finding out information or reaching the right person within our company should now be much easier.”
