How would you summarise your role?
I see myself as the custodian Home 3 brand proposition, ensuring that all products and services are designed and delivered in a way that keeps Home 3 competitive in the Home Emergency market.


What experience and knowledge do you bring to the team?
I have worked in a number of sectors ranging from financial services to retail, across many disciplines. As I was there at the inception of Home 3, I have helped the brand grow and develop in-line with our original strategy.

What personal qualities do you have that will benefit
Home 3?
By far, the most useful thing I bring is ‘common sense’. Many have complicated solutions which they feel creates extra value. I find that simplicity always works best and adds the most value.

What are your goals for Home 3?
To continue to be true to the original proposition and ensure that the philosophy runs throughout all aspects of the business from the front-line down to our contractors. This is to ultimately develop Home 3 into a major force within the Home Emergency industry.

What excites you about Home 3 and how can you make a difference?
To be able to see Home 3 develop from a concept to a fully functioning business that continues to grow. The excitement comes from being able to influence all aspects of what we do. I enjoy being able to develop a team of people that fit with Home 3 and believe in what we are doing and trying to achieve.
